The business was exceptional and the staff so very friendly and helpful. Our sales lady, Sonia was very informative and answered questions before we asked. Me and my wife were greeted by Heather, the Sales Representative, when we arrived at Home Furniture recently this week. Heather was very easy going and answered all our questions that were asked. For her just becoming a sale representative at Home Furniture in January she was very informative and knowledgeable. Heather was not pushy at all like other sale representatives at furniture places which is something me and my wife were so happy about. Heather thank you so much again. We will be back again and hope to buy again with you ! Shannon, in finance, was very helpful with explaining everything we needed to know about the financial aspect of buying our table and couch. She even gave me some pointers and information about credit and how it works ( Im a young adult still learning the credit world and how it works 🤨). Thanks Shannon for everything as well! Home furniture has so much to choose from as well as GREAT prices. The prices were hard to beat as me and my wife had went to a few places in Lafayette and weren’t that happy with the prices and the sale representatives being so pushy. None of the representatives at Home Furniture were NOT pushy and that’s honestly what us customers want. Me and my wife got to look around and do our thing while Heather was ready for any question we had. They even had a huge clearance section which was a plus for us since we were on a budget😌 Thanks so much. We will be back!

Furniture shopping is stressful already, but when you find a sales rep. that is patient and actually has the customer's best interest in mind that makes it a lot less stressful, Matthew Burke Eastin is that sales rep. I'm a salesman myself and only like dealing with sales reps. that are just like that and he is one. I recommend anyone who is looking for furniture go to him. At a lot of stores they track you up and down the store like a lion tracks its prey ready to pounce and make the sale he isn't like that and that makes a huge difference in the buying process.

I have furnished my whole house with brand new furniture! Not only is the selection exactly my style, taste and quality but the customer service, quick delivery is what keeps me coming back. Sonia went above & beyond today!

Customer service was amazing. We were greeted at the door and everything else just fell in place. The store had the merchandise that I needed in stock and ready for delivery. My table was delivered on time and was just what we needed for our dining area. THANKS HOME FURNITURE.

Burke was very helpful! I already knew what I wanted when I got there and he made everything easy. Delivery was spot on. They notified me the expected time and the guys were here when they said they would be. They were polite and friendly! Great job in customer service! Would highly recommend.

My salesman was very helpful and patient with me. And our delivery guys were very good and we’re very careful with the furniture. They wouldn’t let me lift anything. They were very kind.

Absolutely great experience loving our new furniture! Heather and Scott are the people to see! They don’t make you feel rushed or find your budget right away and let you walk around and explore unlike other places that stayed right next to us and wouldn’t even let me talk to my wife! We want to stop by every week now and check on new things they get thank you so much 😊 ⭐️
